Low cost carrier Level is showing non-stop flights from Montreal to Paris, France for $357 CAD (carry-on) to $577 CAD (checked luggage) roundtrip including taxes.
Level is owned by the International Airlines Group and they have just announced new flights from Montreal to Paris, which will start in July 2018.
Level's flights are currently operated by Iberia.
The checked luggage price is not overly amazing, although pretty good for the August dates. Once you do the math, it works out to be slightly cheaper than WOW Air's current checked luggage prices for August ($440 roundtrip + $180 for baggage).
It does become a very attractive price if you can get away with carry-on and a personal item only.
The maximum size allowed with Iberia/Level for the carry-on is 56x45x25cm. They don't list a weight restriction on their website(s).
The checked luggage fee currently falls under Iberia's operating rules ($170 USD roundtrip, or $220 CAD).
Level's non-stop flights are in and out of the Paris Orly airport (ORY).
There's definitely never been a better time to be a 'carry-on only' traveler, particularly for flights to Europe.
If you do the math on a checked luggage roundtrip flight to Europe from WOW Air versus these Level flights for example, you'll find they both end up to be in roughly the same ballpark.
But Level is attempting to give the appearance of being cheaper than WOW Air by lowering the cost of their 'carry-on only' price, and then making up for it with a higher 'checked luggage' cost.
As more and more airlines try to compete with each other in this way, the carry-on only traveler will certainly see some pretty amazing prices. They are effectively being subsidized by those flying with checked bags.

How to find and book this deal
1. Try this Google Flights search:
Google Flights: Montreal to Paris, France
Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations.
Look for the dates that are $350 roundtrip.
You can attempt to book these from Google Flights.
But I've run into some issues with getting the price to verify once you click through to the Iberia website.
It does seem to work though if you only open one booking page at a time.
For the return flight, you may need to book on the French version of the Iberia website, to get the cheap price (99 Euros).

2. Go to Momondo
Search for a flight from Montreal (YUL) to Paris (PAR)
Try the same dates you found on Google Flights.
On Momondo, I'm seeing the price verify when you click through to GoToGate. They are showing them for slightly more ($374 CAD roundtrip).
3. You can also try going to the Level website directly. From what I've seen though, the prices are higher on there.
At the moment, only the French version of the Level website seems to show the Montreal to Paris fares.

Update @ 12 PM - It looks like the cheapest August dates are now $390 CAD roundtrip. September and October are still $357.
The cheapest dates showing up on Google Flights for August are now $390 CAD (Aug 20-27). Some dates are showing as $390 until you get to the final page of Google Flights, and then they show as $437 (this tends to happen during periods of high demand as Google Flights tries to keep up with the 'live' prices as they change).
There are a variety of other dates showing in August for $400 CAD roundtrip once you get to the final page of Google Flights. Try Monday, Thursday, and Saturday departure dates.
September and October dates are still showing a Google Flights final page result of $350 CAD roundtrip.
When clicking through from a Google Flights final page result of $400 CAD to the Iberia website here is what I get:
1. $196 USD / $253 CAD for the flight there (English website, $USD)
2. 98 Euros / $151 CAD for the flight home (French website, Euros)
-- total: $404 CAD
Tip: Try opening only one link from Google Flights to the Iberia website at a time. Or use separate browser windows.
Update 12/14 - WOW Air is showing flights from Montreal to Paris in late August, September, and October 2018 for $400 (carry-on only) to $580 (checked luggage) roundtrip including taxes.
WOW Air flights have 1 stop each way, in Reykjavik, Iceland.
