Low cost carrier Level is showing non-stop flights from Montreal to Paris, France for $304 CAD (carry-on only) to $418 CAD (checked luggage) roundtrip including taxes in the spring of 2019.
Level's non-stop flights are in and out of the Paris Orly airport (ORY).
There are also flights in August 2019 for $86 more.

1. Try this Google Flights search:
Google Flights: Montreal to Paris, France
- Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations.
- Look for the dates that are $300 roundtrip.
August dates for $86 more: Aug 15 to Aug 27, 29, 31
2. Once you click through from Google Flights to the LEVEL website, the price will show up as 99.98 Euros each way.
This will work out to $304 CAD roundtrip when booked using a Canadian credit card, and including the typical 2.5% credit card foreign exchange fee.
