Montreal to Japan, Vietnam, Singapore, or India - $599 CAD roundtrip including taxes

On Friday, August 24th, Air China is *allegedly* going to be having another flash sale, this time from Montreal to the following destinations for $599 CAD roundtrip including taxes:
Hanoi, Vietnam
Tokyo, Japan
Singapore
Delhi, India
I say allegedly, because Air China's flash sales have not really been reliable, especially in the last 4 or 5 months. Sometimes, the sale prices show up on their website but aren't actually bookable.
The number of available dates also varies a lot with their sales. Sometimes there are many dates available, sometimes there are very, very few - to the point where marketing it as a flash sale is outright deception.
I would also only consider these a good deal if the flights have relatively good layover times in Beijing. Some Air China flights have really long overnight layovers. It remains to be seen which flights they drop in price.

late August, September, October, November, early December 2018
January, late February, March, April 2019
UPDATE: As reported below, the true availability for travel with this flash sale appears to be just November and early December 2018.
How to find and book these flights
1. On the night of Thursday, August 23rd go to the following Air China flash sale page...

NOTE: Air China usually releases theses fares around 3:00 AM EST. In other words, you would need to stay up really late on the night of Thursday August 23rd, or get up really early on Friday August 24th.
2. Scroll down to the bottom, where the 'Flight Search' box can be found.
3. Search for a flight from Montreal (YUL) to one of the destinations listed above.
- Use the flexible dates feature to try and find the $599 roundtrip dates.
TIP: With similar flash sales, some people have had trouble using their credit card with the default payment option on Air China's website.
The Air China website also allows you to choose Paypal as the credit card processor, and that seemed to work better. A Paypal account is not required.
You can also try registering for an account on the Air China website ahead of time. It might make things faster/easier when it comes time to book.

Update @ 4 AM EST - The flash sale is now live, here is what I've seen...
Hanoi, Vietnam (HAN) - I have seen a few $599 flights in November / December. There are some longer trips available in other months.

layover times: 7 hours on the way there, 3 hours on the way home
Tokyo, Japan (NRT,HND) - I have not seen any $599 flights. I have seen a few dates in November/December for $631 roundtrip.

OVERALL: Very disappointing, as has been the case with the last 3 or 4 'flash sales' from Air China. Mainly a waste of time.
