Montreal to Athens, Greece - $468 CAD roundtrip including taxes | Dublin, Ireland for $313

There's a booking site showing what seems to be error prices on flights from Montreal to Athens, Greece for $468 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The only booking site showing these is CheapOAir. They are a good booking site, but from experience with mistake fares in the past, I don't have much faith that they can actually get these ticketed fast enough for the price they are showing.
If you do try to book these, take screenshots along the way.
I would expect a call from CheapOAir claiming they couldn't book them.
IMPORTANT: Do not call CheapOAir. If there's any chance of these actually being ticketed, calling will prevent that.

How to find and book this deal
1. Go to the CheapOAir website
IMPORTANT: This is the CheapOAir.com website, which is in $USD. The $CAD version of the CheapOAir website (.ca) is no longer showing these.
2. Search for a flight from Montreal to Athens, Greece (ATH) or Dublin, Ireland (DUB) or try one of the other European cities listed below.
3. Try Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday dates in the months listed above.
This mistake price relates to some mistakes I've been seeing from across Canada with British Airways this morning involving...
Dublin, Ireland (DUB)
London, UK (LHR)
Lisbon, Portugal (LIS) - $305 USD / $474 CAD
Budapest, Hungary (BUD) -- $428 USD / $558 CAD
Rome, Italy (FCO) - $429 USD / 559 CAD
Prague, Czech Republic (PRG) -- $453 USD / $584 CAD
It can be worth trying these cities as well.
The months involved with the mistake prices appear to be September, October, November 2017 and January, February, March, April 2018.
Focus on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday dates.
I will update this post as the situation evolves.
Update: I have seen flights from Montreal to Dublin, Ireland for $313 CAD roundtrip including taxes. And Montreal to London, UK for $453.
The flights to Dublin are long flights though. Maybe there are some shorter ones out there.
Some of the flights from Montreal to London are non-stop flights.
To find the dates that are cheap, you can try the strategy below...
Here's a tip to help find the dates that may be showing an unusually low price...
1. Go to Google Flights: (British Airways only)
2. Change the destination to one of the ones listed in this blog post.
3. Click on the departure date box to open the calendar view and browse for the cheapest dates you can find.
4. Try those dates on CheapOAir
NOTE: For anyone finding that the CheapOAir (dot ca) website is extremely slow right now, try accessing it from a mobile device. The mobile site seems to still be fairly fast.
UPDATE: I haven't seen any on Cheapoair.ca for a while, but these may still be available on the Cheapoair (dot COM) website.
The CheapOAir.com website is in $USD.
I just saw Montreal - Athens for $380 USD, which works out to $490 CAD.
^^ This was April 10 to 17. But keep trying different dates, it's not over yet!
Multiply what you see on the .com website by 1.29
On CheapoAir.com (the $USD site) - you can also try using promo code AIR50 to bring down the price a little more
It's a little hard to find the spot where you enter the promo code.
It's on the payment page, under 'Price Details' (USD).
Click on 'Promo Code'
