AirCanadaVacations just dropped the price of their March 7-14 flight from Ottawa, Toronto, and Montreal to Turks & Caicos down to $242 roundtrip after tax.

It's direct each way from Ottawa, but from Montreal and Toronto it requires connecting in Ottawa each way, and on the way back that involves staying overnight in Ottawa (or driving home).
It's definitely not a cheap place to stay, but there's usually always something. The Turtle Cove Inn on Orbitz is showing as under $100/night on Orbitz at the moment. For a couple, that works out to $570 each for flight + hotel. A good 50% cheaper than most flight + hotel packages you'll ever see to T & C.
