It looks like Delta is currently offering some fares from Montreal to Tokyo, Japan (NRT) that are priced well below their closest competitors, at $793 roundtrip including taxes. The average fare on this route is about $1250-$1350.

It could be worth trying dates in surrounding months. Wednesday to Wednesday flights look to be the key. The prices are currently verifying at the same price when you click through from Kayak to Delta. If the price changes when you get to Delta.com, the flights have sold out at that price level.
