Update @ 1 PM EST - It looks like this is over. Every $455 price remaining on Google Flights now jumps up to around $1200 once you actually select the flights. Congrats to those I heard from this morning who were able to book it in time!
Update @ 3 PM EST - There are still flights from Montreal to New Delhi, India for $480 CAD roundtrip but they have a 12 hour layover in New York City on the way there. See update below for details.
