Royal Air Maroc is showing flights from Montreal to Dubai for $189 to $210 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights have 1 stop each way, in Casablanca, Morocco.
The flight between Casablanca and Dubai is with Emirates.
I have some doubts as to whether these can be ticketed, since it appears to be an error fare that is showing up on about half of booking sites, and not all.
Update Nov 4th: Well I was wrong, these are being ticketed, through Emirates (see comments section below).

I just booked from feb18-28 with flight network !!
It usually becomes clear within 24 hours. If Flight Network can't get the ticket issued from the airline, they'll contact you and let you know it couldn't be processed.
I booked Jan 11 to Jan 26 with Flight Network. $420 + $268 to reserve seats for two adults.

Look for your booking on emirates, not on royal air maroc!

I got my eticket by email.
Upon finding my reservation on emirates.com, it asks for an email for the reservation, once provided, it immediately sends the eticket by email

Did you mean to say that you see your Booking Reference on Emirates?
That's not the same thing as receiving the details of an e-ticket by email.
Until you do, it still could get canceled.

I just booked this at 11.25pm 03-11 via Flight network
I made a reservation with a 5 day stay in Casablanca and then heading to Dubai.
Dates: May 10 YUL-CMN, May 16 CMN-DBX , May 22 DBX-YUL. Total price $580 CAD ($250 pp) + $30CAD for a child.
After booking i went into Emirates website with confirmation reference (the one ending in EK) and added email address.
It appears confirmed and ticketed in both Royal Air Maroc
Also, it shows both flights in Royal Air Maroc are in FIRST!! I'll update if this changes.

Once you add email information in the emirates website , you can go to the passengers preferences details , then scroll down and click on print ticket. There, you will see eticket number for each passenger. These will also appear in Royal Air Maroc page with the (AT) confirmation received.
You should receive an email from Emirates with all this information once email is updated.
I added all passengers info, passport, emergency contact, seats , etc.
Everything is confirmed.

I haven't traveled since march 2019, has the issuance of e-ticket changed since then? Don't they still send those automatically by email?

That looks like a 13 digit e-ticket number to me, and is definitely what you're hoping for in this situation.

I booked for March @270 each (1080 tax in) yeaterday around 5 pm and received a confirmation email this morning.I took the advice of the person above regarding verifying with Emirates. All is well. Thanks@Chris Myden for this amazing deal!

On Nov 3 at 3PM ET, I booked via flight network. Departing in April. $294 per ticket after fees for flight+taxes+seat reservation+baggage security.
Ticket receipt says flight cost $2 each, with the rest of the cost being associated with airport fees and taxes.

Chris you are a boss! Did anyone else get a "first class" ticket from yul to cmn? when checking on emirates website the other 3 flights (cmn-dxb and the return) show economy except for the first part. Wonder if this is true for anyone else LOL

Indeed. I got the FIRST CLASS fare when checking into Emirates in the YUL-CMN legs. However, when you hit print tickets there (i tried it just this morning) , all flights are shown as Economy. I tried to check with a friend who works at Emirates to see if I can get confirmation of either. But most likely, I think it’s economy. It would be a steal inside another steal if it’d be First Class as well even in Royal Air Maroc lol .
If I get any sort of confirmation I’ll update.

I was able to get a PNR, and for both my flights (air Maroc and emirates) but today morning got an email saying gotogate has cancelled my ticket due to a technical issue. I had booked it using gotogate and was also charged.
My booking was also shown on the airmaroc website.
Is there anything I can do.
@Ali.C Unfortunately, I don't think you can do anything about it. Someone more experienced than me like @Chris_Myden might chime in about that. You win some, you lose some. Next!
With 2 of my friends we made 3 separate bookings on Nov 3 at night on Gotogate. On the morning of the 4th, one of my friends got an email that his ticket has been cancelled for technical reasons. The other 2 bookings are still valid and confirmed on RAM and Emirates as of Nov 6... fingers crossed!
So when they cancel the ticket do they refund the money you paid ?

Unfortunately what can happen sometimes is that at a certain point during the frenzy the airlines involved realize the mistake and correct the price. But for a short period of time after that, the booking site involved is still showing the mistake price, so a person thinks they have booked it, but it's actually too late, and it can't really be ticketed from the airline by the booking site.
Although that might not explain what happened with Jean-Francois. In some cases you might have people that made multiple bookings at once on the same dates for the same flights, but the airline really only had X number of seats available at the cheap price on a given date, so they couldn't all be ticketed from the airline.
@Chris_Myden Is there a way to trigger a cancellation with full refund on such an error fare? I have buyer's remorse because of the grueling schedule: 20 hours each way. I paid for Flexible tickets but GoToGate can't help me change flights and will only cancel if I take a $140 penalty. (I might as well go now.) Neither RAM nor Emirates will help either. Some people feel disappointed because they get a cancellation and of course, since I would like a cancellation, they won't cancel.
B when sre your tickets for? Can you name change/resell them.?
You can choose your seats for free on RAM website. On an iphone login and choose add complementary services and select your seat. Most seats are free or 0$

Thanks but I don't think I could sell with a name change because it was bought via GoToGate and it's a single ticket. Late January 11 days. Still hoping for a change of schedule (which I would refuse) or an outright cancellation (with full refund).
Disaster! Our flight AT246 got cancelled from CMN --> DBX and the new option leaves before our flight from YUL --> CMN arrives.

The ticket is a emirates ticket 176****
- RAM says they can't do anything since ticketed by Emirates
- Flight Network is saying they can switch me to a flight YUL-YYZ and YYZ-DXB themselves but leaving a few days later
-I asked if I can modify the return as well and they said it would be possible
-It seems like the ball is in Emirates court - Obviously YYZ-DXB on emirates is going to be a sweet flight, i am thinking to make a change to the return so I get an emirates direct flight to return

I booked through mytrip.com from the 3 rd to 23 of February. I got ticketed through emirates right away, with 3 of the 4 flights on first! Following a return-flight change notification, I called mytrip.com. They said the airline would allow a change and to do so would cost me 45$.
She also said she can see that I got first-class seats but changing my itinerary would probably send me back to economy. Since I bought the ticket I have been wondering what the hell I'm gonna do in Dubai for 3 weeks. I am considering a trip within the trip to Mumbai on SpiceAir (320$) because Dubai seems pretty limited and like Vegas without the cheao booze (and far!)and I never would have gone had it not been for this insane fare error.

We got 7 tickets for our family. Three leaving on Friday In march and 4 the following day. RAM changed my husband and my boys flight. They’ll be leaving one day early and their connection is close to 24 hrs in Casablanca. Can they ask for accommodations from the airlines? Just wondering if that’s an option.

Our flight got changed from casablanca to dxb, to one day prior. I called mytrip, paid $45.00 and our flight was changed from montreal to one day earlier. Ehich made sense. Now my entire outbound trip is cancelled, i called mytrip and they keep on transferring me and putting me on hold which gets disconnected.
Outbound flight from Casablanca to Dubai got pushed to earlier. Actually departs BEFORE we even arrive in Casablanca from MTL. Gonna be contacting Gotogate to figure this out but doesn’t look good for the trip. More like scummy method to have ppl cancel their flights.

I’m in the same shoes. Half of my family leaves on the Friday and their tickets are ok. Mine and three other kids are leaving on the Saturday and had the same problem. I called air Marco, they attempted to fix it but couldn’t. I called Emirates, they also couldn’t help. Finally I called gotogate and after speaking to three separate agents, they made me pay $45 and will attempt to put me on a flight from Montreal to Toronto and directly to Dubai. I have to wait for 3 days to get the approval from Emirates. I hope they agree to the switch.
RAM told me that if the issue doesn’t get fixed 72 hours before departure, then they will deal with it directly without involving gotogate. So if I don’t get it fixed, I’ll wait and see.
I’ll let you know if the switch is successful in a few more days.

Update: gotogate emailed me this morning that my trip was canceled and they can ask for a refund on my behalf.
I’m not giving up yet. Will attempt a switch with the airlines again in 2 days.

Apparently I’ve been confirmed automatically on a different flight for the next day.
My advice is always contact the airlines to see what they’ve done to remedy the problem before canceling with gotogate.
I'm wondering if they are getting cancelled if the new flights are on emirates, but not so if the modification is with RAM flights only.
My flight is operated by RAM and one leg is by Emirates

@Benoit. I called RAM on the English line and the agents were not helpful. I don’t speak French so I called the Arabic line. With a little bit of struggle due to the differences in our dialects, I was able to get info that helped me when I called Emirates. The agents at Emirates said that my booking is confirmed at their end but the agents at gotogate would need to confirm at their end. When I called gotogate, the new flights were not showing on their system. After much of going back and forth between the three places, Emirates issued an warning email to gotogate letting them know of their obligation to call on my behalf and confirm the flight even if it’s not showing on their system - as long as the client (me) is okay with it.
Anyhow, long story short, I’m confirmed on the Emirates side (although the plane is by RAM) pending gotogate confirmation.
Gotogate was telling me to request a refund. We all know that we’re not going to see these prices in the near future.
Keep trying. Hopefully it will be resolved.
@foz That's a lot of back and forth. I hope Gotogate will stop giving you the run around. For me, my flight to Dubai works out. It's just my return home is much earlier shortening my trip. Not sure if it is worth taking the risk to try and modify the return flight home to a few days later, but that would be my preference. I reached out to Emirates to try and gather some info and they were nice but directed me back to the travel agency, which in my case is Flight Network (seems Gotogate & Flightnetwork have the same parent company). Surprisingly the modifications I received from Royal Air Maroc, were not reflecting on Emirates website nor with the Emirates agent I spoke to.

Exact same issue I am facing. GoToGate told us that the flight has been cancelled but when you talk with RAM or Emirates, the flights are not cancelled. Spoke again with GoToGate, they said they will "try again"....and sent another request in.
I feel like GoToGate is just trying to make up cancellations and wants the $45 fee for cancellation. I am not sure what to do at this point. I know this 2nd request they've made will have the exact same result. I actually doubt they even make the request to emirates in the first place.
I think Emirates should be the one to take responsibility and fix the tickets without having to deal with GoToGate or another agency.
If anyone has any other ideas to share, please do.
To me, besides the shortening of the trip, it is the 36 hour layover in morocco for the return, possibly requiring another pcr test in casablanca since I'm gonna have to leave the airport.
The flight AT244 scheduled on Thursday 17 february 7:35 pm from Casablanca to Dubai has been cancelled by RAM, my flight was changed to Friday 18 February 3:05 pm by Flight network, I paid 45$, not sure if it requires another pcr test if I stay in the airport, if I leave the airport, I've not found where to do this pcr test, I'll arrive at casablanca thursday 17 february at 9:00 am and my flight from casablanca to dubai is Friday 18 February 3:05 pm, does someone know where to do the pcr test in Casablanca and be able to get the result within 24 hours or less ?
Gotogate moved my departure to the next day since RAM canceled the original outbound flight. Couldnt get the Montreal-Toronto-Dubai some folks in this thread had. Shorter trip in dubai but happy with the alternate option. Paid $45 but hopefully no more changes.
has anyone flown the return leg of this trip via Casablanca? It looks like direct flights from Morocco to Canada require a special PCR certificate from the Moroccan government but I can’t figure out if that applies to transit passengers as well ...

I want to cancel. RAM pushed my departure by one day. Is that reason enough to demand and obtain a full refund? Whom should I start with? GoToGate? RAM? Emirates who issued the ticket? I feel a headache coming.
Given Morocco has closed its borders till Jan 31, 2022 does anyone have any idea how to approach this? I still would love to go to dubai in feb anyway - without having to buy a brand new non-deal ticket of course. My current travel dates are mid feb for 12 days. Any ideas and experience is very appreciated
@ R: IMO, it's too risky to travel. Ask for a refund as soon as you have an excuse. That's what I did. What if Morocco extends the closure? What if Dubai implements one? You could get stuck abroad. Not to mention hospitals are full if you get sick. What if a new variant emerges? Another deal always comes along.

My flight was supposed to be this Friday and it looks like the last flight to be cancelled by RAM due to the airport closure .. they will re-open Feb 7. Expedia offered me to travel from Toronto direct on Emirates Airlines no extra charge :D
Flight cancelled just now
So I had my tickets booked for March 9. Apparently because RAM didn’t start the flights from CMN to DXB my tickets for ther segment has been cancelled. I called Emirates and RAM and both don’t want to help me and say talk to the travel agent. When I call Flyfar (by the way gotogate and flight network all are same company) I was on hold for 5 hours in between I got transferred at-least 5 times. Finally spoke to an agent and he offered me a new segment going from YUL to YYZ and DXB for $45 charge. I paid him he cancelled my original booking and than said there was and error rebooking my new segment and hung up. So now I just have my return tickets confirmed. Where can I get some help with this ticket and get it resolved?

@Foz I have the same issue as you, and heard the same thing from RAM (that they can rebook flights within 72 hrs of departure). Can you confirm how it went on your end. Were you able to rebook?

I did not travel at all.
So many things went wrong since the beginning
They ended up cancelling my flight just a few days before departure date feb 7th.
Very bad experience with Go to Gate. Escalated with supervisor several times and never get back to me nor called me back.
I don't recommend booking anything with them.
Flight was cancelled 3 weeks before the date gotogate only reimbursed $72 out of $200. Never booking with gotogate again.

My recommendation would be not to call the airlines or make any changes. Just show up at the airport ready to travel and be very polite to the airline employees and have all of your documents ready and organized.

That's why if your flights from Casablanca to Dubai or Dubai to Casablanca either is operated by RAM they are all canceled because its a new route which was supposed to start from Jan but still not started because of covid it is schedule to start in May.
Finally about to board flight AT209 , we got hustled at the ticketing counter that the Dubai portion is cancelled despite the fact that that portion is with Emirates and not RAM, finally they gave us a boarding pass 1 way to Casablanca and told us to figure ourselves out once we get there, basically saying that we "potentially " might not have a return flight from Casablanca or the connection to Dubai. It was extremely frustrating, we got to the airport 4 hours before boarding time and wasted 2 hours at the ticketing counters back and forth. I asked to speak to a supervisor and finally they calmed down and allowed us to get the boarding pass. We'll let you know if we can get on the plane / arrive in Casablanca.
@Curtis please update us of what happened because we are on the same boat and our flight is on the 28th
we are in Morocco. things are good. make sure you fill out the form and have taken a PCR test less than 48 hours before. Dont let the ticketing check in counter tell you flight is cancelled, or tell you need to call Montreal Air Moroc office (which never picks up the phone). Be cautious with the fact that their goal is to take you in circles so you miss the flight. The check in lady even said to us, "you only paid 250$ " what did you expect" get there at least 4 hours early and be pushy. If you can one person play good cop and other bad cop (Iie ask to take to manager)
@Curtis - online check-in not available to avoid the airline counter staff?Assuming you don't check in bags...
I would've thought if you were able to check-in online that you'd get both the Maroc and Emirates boarding passes?
@Steven yes for Air Moroc checking in online didnt appear to work, we had to go to the counter for checkin as we had bags as well. There is a code share between the airlines so baggage goes through, but you have to checkin seperate for each airline. We just returned and all went well !

Just to update that we went to Morocco
Even tough i was prepared by comments above at the check in phase with Air Maroc being rude , it went smoothly in all flights. We stayed 5 days in Morocco , followed by 5 days in Dubai. 7.5 hrs flight + 5hrs layover + another 7.5 hrs flight return flights were tough ¬
Check in was not possible for Air Maroc since Emirates was the issuer airline.
Looking forward for the next deal :)
