Here's how to find them...
1. Go to https://www.AirCanadavacations.com
2. Click on 'Flights'
2. Search for a flight from Montreal (YUL) to Providenciales, Turks & Caicos (PLS), departing on January 13, returning on January 20.
At the time of this writing, there appears to be at least 6 tickets available for this price, as the price verifies when you try for 6 people.

Once the tickets are sold out, you'll receive an error message instead of being able to get to the verified price screen.
