Delta has some unusually cheap fares from Montreal to Puerto Rico in their system at the moment. They're over 40% cheaper than usual.
They look to be available mostly on dates between September and December.
Here's how to find them...
1. Try a one week search on Google Flights...

2. Click on the calendar icon to see what the prices are for one week flights throughout the year.
3. Scroll down to December. We can see that December 5 to 12 is really cheap for example...
4. Now go to http://www.delta.com/ and search for a flight from Montreal to San Juan (SJU), departing December 5 and returning December 12.
And we can see the price verifies...
