Montreal to Vancouver (or vice versa) - $121 to $241 CAD roundtrip | non-stop flights, including July and August

Flair Air has added yet another new route to their schedule, with introductory prices from Montreal to Vancouver for between $118 and $238 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are non-stop both ways.
$118 roundtrip is the base price, and includes *only* a personal item. Low cost carriers charge extra for *everything*.
$238 roundtrip is the price with carry-on or a checked bag included, for a more fair comparison against other airlines.
Vice-versa flights (Vancouver to Montreal) are also available for a similar roundtrip price.
Montreal to Halifax and Toronto are also available starting at $98 roundtrip ($218 roundtrip is the realistic price, with luggage).
Montreal to Abbotsford (YXX), about 45 minutes east of Vancouver, is also available for the same roundtrip price.
UPDATE @ 12 PM EST: Air Canada, Air Transat, and WestJet have responded to this new route announcement and Flair's aggressively low prices by dropping the price of their non-stop flights from Montreal to Vancouver down to $198 CAD roundtrip including taxes. Start with this Google Flights search and click on the departure date box to browse for dates in July, August, September, and October.
