Interjet has dropped the price of their non-stop flights from Montreal to Cancun, Mexico down to between $243 and $278 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
Interjet's prices do not include checked luggage, only a personal item and carry-on (max 10 kg).
If you're comfortable booking in Spanish, you can book these flights for $243 CAD roundtrip.

How to find and book this deal
1. Go to the Interjet website
2. In the top right corner, change it to EN-CA, to make sure you are on the $CAD version of the website.
3. Search for a flight from Montreal (YUL) to Cancun, Mexico (CUN)

If you're comfortable booking in Spanish, you can book these same flights for $243 CAD roundtrip
1. Go to the Interjet website
2. In the top right corner, change it to ES-MX, to make sure you are on the Peso currency version of the website.
3. Search for a flight from Montreal (YUL) to Cancun, Mexico (CUN)
Try the same dates as shown in the list above.
The price should show up as $3,607 pesos for a roundtrip flight.
If not, you can click on 'Visualiza todo el mes' to open up the calendar view and look for the date combinations that add up to around $3,607 pesos roundtrip.
When booked with a Canadian credit card, $3,607 pesos will work out to $243 CAD roundtrip based on today's exchange rate, and including the typical credit card foreign exchange fee.
You could also open two browsers, and have one open to the English version of the Interjet website, and one open to the Spanish version, to help walk you through it.
NOTE: When you get to the 'Buyer/contact' page and it requires a 5 digit zip code, you can just use any zip code from Mexico. Such as: 00810
(zero, zero, eight, one, zero).
On the payment page, when using Mastercard, Visa, or American Express, I'm not sure if you're able to use Canadian postal codes or not. You may need to use PayPal, which is one of the payment options.
Or you could try the 'postal code to zip code' conversion trick that sometimes works for U.S. websites.
Or if that doesn't work, you can try booking these on the Expedia Mexico website (www.expedia.mx)
Try going to the Expedia Mexico website (www.expedia.mx) and searching for the same dates you found on the Interjet website
I've noticed that although the price appears way higher at first on Expedia, once you get to the confirmation page, the confirmed price drops to a similar price as showing on the Interjet website. (See screenshot below).
It could also be easier to pay through the Expedia site.
NOTE: Once your Expedia search completes, you may need to select 'Directo / non-stop' (only) on the left hand side to see the Interjet flights. I've found I had to do this twice, once for each leg.
