On Friday, March 9th, Air China is *allegedly* going to be having another flash sale, this time from Montreal to...

I say allegedly, because with a similar flash sale out of Vancouver last month, the Air China flash sale prices were never actually bookable. The $599 prices to India showed up on their website for the entire flash sale period, but you couldn't actually book them.
Air China has had flash sales in the past that were real. So it remains to be seen what happens with this one.

Asia and India: April, May, June, September, October 2018
Havana, Cuba: April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November 2018
How to find and book these flights
1. On the night of Thursday, March 8th go to the following Air China flash sale page...

NOTE: Air China usually releases theses fares around 3:00 AM EST. In other words, you would need to stay up *really* late on the night of Thursday March 8th, or get up *really* early on Friday March 9th.
2. Scroll down to the bottom, where the 'Flight Search' box can be found.
3. Search for a flight from Montreal to one of the destinations listed above.
TIP: With similar flash sales, some people have had trouble using their credit card with the default payment option on Air China's website.
The Air China website also allows you to choose Paypal as the credit card processor, and that seemed to work better. A Paypal account is not required.
You can also try registering for an account on the Air China website ahead of time. It might make things faster/easier when it comes time to book.

Update 3/9 - The flash sale is now live. Here is what I have (and have not) seen...
- I have not seen any evidence of $599 flights to India.
- I have not seen any evidence of $599 flights to Hong Kong.
- I have seen $299 roundtrip, non-stop flights from Montreal to Havana, Cuba. Try Friday to Saturday dates.
example: Nov 9-17, Nov 16-24, Nov 23-Dec 1, Nov 30-Dec 8, Dec 7-15, Jan 11-19,
- I have seen evidence of $599 roundtrip flights from Montreal to Singapore, but dates seem *really* limited.
examples: Apr 4-17, Apr 24-May 12, Apr 24-May 17, Apr 24-May 21, Apr 25-May 12, 17, 21 (the only ones I've seen)
